John Daus

John Daus is the founder of DigiFutures LLC. His professional career includes 30 years of sales and marketing experience, as well as, growing and managing several diverse companies in the areas of software and services. As President of DigiFutures LLC, John has provided early stage companies with digital media guidance and business development assistance. In addition, his current research and product development interest include how neuromarketing research techniques can be applied to online commerce. Besides helping develop J.E.B Reynolds Corporation (dba The Maids), and SuiteSpaces LLC, John serves on The Maids International Advisory Council, The Oakton Professional Center Board of Directors and GMU Krasnow Institue Advisory Board.

Prior to DigiFutures, John had a 13-year career with Microsoft included establishing new distribution channels, managing strategic accounts, and leading developer evangelism in the East Region. After Microsoft John helped launch AVIcode Incorporated which was a software debugging management solution that was then sold to Microsoft in 2010. Early in his career John’s roles included systems engineering and product development for small to midsize companies in the local area networking market and defense industries.

John was born in Queens, NY. He has lived in the Washington Metro area for over 35 years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech. In the community, John has participated in the HD Woodson Business Academy & Finance Business Advisory Board, and DC Link & Learn. He sponsored the Femoyer Boyz Scholarship Fund at Virginia Tech. Besides his passion for technology and marketing, both he and his wife, Elizabeth Reynolds-Daus believe strongly in participating in the community and created the Crossing Way Foundation to focus on local educational, housing and health research related programs.
