Recommended Analysis Software, Tools, and Neuroimaging Training
All researchers who use the imaging facility will take their data with them at the end of the scanning session (via CD or USB - we recommend a 2-4 GB thumb drive). You will have one month to verify the fidelity of the data and to request an additional copy from the archive if necessary. Individual labs are responsible for processing and analyzing their own data. There are training courses offered by the Medical College of Wisconsin and Harvard MGH to facilitate the education of researchers in your lab.
