EEG/ERP Lab

The EEG/ERP team at the AALRC uses the NeuroScan SCAN 4.3 Electrophysiological System for data aquisition and analysis. EEG data are collected using Quick-Caps outfitted with sintered Ag/AgCl electrodes in a 32-channel montage. The EEG activity is amplified and digitized via a SynAmps amplifier, and the result is output to a Pentium 4 desktop PC outfitted with SCAN 4.3 software for acquisition and analysis.

Auditory and visual stimuli are presented to subjects using the NeuroScan STIM System.
